Starting from level 32, the character receives 2 points and then 2 more every 4 levels, up to level 76.
Thus, by level 76, you can accumulate 24 points.
Points are manually distributed to any desired passive skills from the available branches, but note that some skills require previous ones to be learned and a certain number of points spent in that branch.
